All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment consideration necessary to provide services, in accordance with the prevailing law of the Netherlands. Singular, plural, capitalization, and pronouns are interchangeable and refer to the same.

Agreement & Liability
This agreement applies to Houston pickups only.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
- Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours in advance, and we reserve the right to provide no refund. Contact us, as partial refunds may be possible in certain situations.
- Shuttle or Party Bus cancellations have a $200 non-refundable deposit.
Liability & Terms
- Mechanical Issues: MyLimo4u is not liable for mechanical breakdowns and will only provide a replacement vehicle and attempt to make up lost time at the end of the scheduled rental.
- Vehicle Damage: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them or members of their party.
- Carpet/Seat Burns: $100 fee per occurrence.
- Delays: Not responsible for delays or service termination due to unsafe road conditions.
- No Smoking: Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. Additional charges may apply.
- Illegal Substances & Weapons: No illegal drugs or weapons allowed. Additional charges may apply.
- Alcohol Consumption: Only passengers 21 years or older may consume alcohol. Additional charges may apply.
- Passenger & Luggage Capacity: Exceeding vehicle capacity will result in penalties: $25 for Sedans/Suburbans, $50 for Stretch Limousines.
- Luggage Limits:
Sedans: Maximum 2 large bags + handbags
Suburbans: Maximum 5 large bags + handbags
Stretch Limousines: Maximum 4 large bags + handbags - Misconduct: Chauffeur may terminate service without refund for misconduct by any party member.
- Damages: Clients are responsible for damages caused during service; charges start at $150.
- Extra Stops: $20 for Sedans, $30 for SUVs, $40 for Stretch Limousines.
- Overtime Fees: After the first 15 minutes past scheduled time:
Sedans: $60/hr
SUVs: $80/hr
8–10 pax Stretch Limousines: $100/hr - Overtime Payment: Clients are responsible for all overtime charges; additional hours may require office approval.
- Wait Time (House, Hotel, Office): Starts after 15 minutes:
Sedans: $30/30 min
SUVs: $40/30 min
Stretch Limousines: $50/30 min
After 30 minutes, drivers may proceed to the next pickup. - Wait Time (Airport):
Domestic: 30 mins after flight arrival
International: 1 hour after flight arrival
Fees: $25/30 min for Sedans/Suburbans, $40/30 min for Stretch Limousines - Additional Charges: Vomiting $250+, broken glass $10, smoking $100/person.
- Airport Meet & Greet: $10 for domestic, $20 for international flights.
- Early/Late Pickup Fees: $15–$20 between 11 PM and 6 AM.
- Holiday Fees: $25 per holiday pickup. Observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
- Tolls: Included in quotes.
- Pets: Not allowed; $50 minimum fee per undisclosed pet.
- Preferred Vendor: MyLimo4u may use a preferred vendor if our vehicles are unavailable.
- Food: Not allowed; $50 minimum fee may apply.
- Estimated Charges: Quoted amounts may not reflect final charges; additional fees may apply.
- Lost Items: MyLimo4u is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Car Seats: Not provided.
- Deposit Fee: Hourly Stretch Limousine and Bus services require a non-refundable credit card deposit to guarantee the reservation.
- No-Shows: Clients leaving the pickup location without calling will be charged in full. Airport clients may use airport phones if needed, but leaving without notice will incur full charges.
